Who we are?

We are non-for profit organization founded in May, 2019 that emphasize on continuum of care from primary prevention to quality care for people with life threatening illnesses. Our overall goal is to establish a multisector forum of sharing best practices and dissemination of interventional health research findings for the community, academics and health practitioners from all parts of the East African Community. We believe that, we need each other and no one should be left behind in the process of obtaining sustainable solutions of our health problems. We view the community as an equal partner in both simple and complex task of providing quality of health care.    

Over all AIM

Provide forum for the practices, academics, and communities to: evaluate, share and learn novel approaches for primary prevention of NCDs and improve quality of life for people with life threatening health problems.

Our mission

This organization is committed to develop heathy community through primary prevention of diseases and ensures continuum quality care throughout diseases path and around all age groups without any form of discrimination

Our Vision

Having a community that developed physically, mentally and realistically under the principles of love, loyalty, peace and fellowship wherever it is within and outside Tanzania boarders.

Specific aims

EAPCON Specific Aims


Identification, consolidations and promotion of ongoing NCDs primary prevention practices from formal and informal sectors for health which are highly regard by its own community.  


Conduct training and mentorships program for students in higher learning health colleges and health professionals in practices. Also identification and enhancing existing palliative care practices and from formal and informal sector for health.   


National and international volunteers will be invited to participate in yearly programs of der EAPCON congress and member associates.  


Emphasis in on problem-specific interventional research and evaluation of various innovations and practices by communities, health professionals, organizations, academics, in the public and private sector
