Dr. Frank Manase

Dr. Frank Manase is a Public Health Physician graduated from Muhimbili University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, 2003.  In 2010, he received a Master’s Degree in Palliative Medicine at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.  He also was awarded a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, USA. His vigilance and committed work focuses on promoting healthy behavior practices has recently received recognition by the Johns Hopkins University; hence, he was honored by a Post-Doctoral Fellowship Position by the University.

He is the founder of the Community Center for Preventive Medicine (2013) “CCPmedicine” www.ccpmedicine.org   whose mission is to advocate for palliative care and primary prevention of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in Tanzania. He also co-founder of the East African Public Health Palliative Congress www.publichealth-palliativecare-or-tz.
